TIVOLI GARDENS, Copenhagen, Denmark

I'm brand new at this blogging stuff!! Thanks to my nephew (Mike Goering's website), I was able to create this blog from a link on his blog. I thought I was going to need his help with posting the pictures, but actually figured it out on my own -- pretty good for an "old" woman!

These were taken at Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen. That was a real neat place -- old fashioned amusement part with beautiful flower gardens in the midst of the rides, etc.

A few of Kaye's pics

Several pictures from the 12th Deck -- neat area at the front of the ship where we could sit and watch as we traveled the "high seas!" We spent a lot of time here on the days at sea, since it was normally too cold to sit outside on the pool deck. If folks were outside, they were covered up with blankets - ha! Our temps were high 50's to low 60's most days. We did have one or two days in the 70's with sun!

Kaye got those birds outside her balcony - cool, uh?!

Helsinki's port (the blue water picture)

Jeff & Rob - going pink!! Limo was there for a wedding in a beautiful park (there were several weddings going on that day). This was in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Other pics: Sunset pictures; Amsterdam houseboats; windmills; beautiful canals in every port.

Our swimming pool area on the ship at night and during day.

Tour Pictures

The first picture was in Tallinn, Estonia -- Can you tell Jeff & I are tourists -- headphones in our ears (to hear our tour guide) and big yellow stickers signifying what group we are in -- ha -- HERE COME SOME TOURISTS!!

Stockholm

Lots of Bicycles in these
countries - and very few are
locked up!!

Our Room

Here are some pics of our room and our room attendant. The folks that work on a cruise ship are just wonderful in pampering you!! Also a picture of our ship - it's the bigger one of the two.

Here are some of our pictures of our wonderful dining experiences. Sure could get use to those 5 course meals every night (cooked, served, and cleaned up by SOMEONE else!!)
